We collect it with cookies and similar tools, as described in Section 5.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Process bookings, proposals, contracts, invoices, and deliverables.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site; some state laws call this "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically, or by emailing us. We may disclose information as follows:

  • To Service Providers: Vendors that help us operate the Site and our business, for example Cloudflare (hosting and security), Supabase (our database), Google Analytics and PostHog (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), email and scheduling tools, payment processors, and cloud storage. They are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • For Legal and Security Reasons: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to government requests.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure our advertising:

  • Google Analytics (Google): counts visits and shows how people find and use the Site.
  • PostHog: records how our pages are used (page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement), and may record sessions so we can find and fix problems. Anything you type into a form field is masked and is not recorded. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta): measures our ads and lets us show our ads to past visitors.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts visits and page speed without cookies.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we do not load the Meta Pixel and do not record your session. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage ad preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies may limit some features.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client project materials may be retained per contract terms. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information where feasible.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold about you; to opt out of certain processing; and to appeal our response. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including knowing categories collected and requesting deletion (subject to exceptions). To exercise rights, email info@rocketlaunchstudio.com with enough detail for us to verify your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we received information from a child, contact us at info@rocketlaunchstudio.com and we will delete it promptly.
